Abstract: For the problem of complex process and poor effect of general grouting process, put forward layered grouting process , according to the slurry’s different diffusion ways, divide the surrounding rock into shallow zone and deep zone; along with the new double-fluid grouting material and tube combination, to achieve layered grouting process by a single hole, the same material grouting partitions, simplified the construction process. The results showed that: Layered grouting process divide the surrounding rock into shallow zone and deep zone by the boundary of complete vadose zone，for grouting way, shallow zone mainly belong to fill grouting, deep zone mainly belong to penetrate and fracture grouting; new grouting material has a large adjustment of properties, is benefit to achieve layered grouting process, equipment and technology, compared with ordinary grouting segment, the convergence of rib and roof-floor decrease to 33.8% and 30%, severe deformation position of the roadway in front of working face is reduced from 45m to 20m, the reinforcement effect is obvious.
